Job Summary
Order management specialist is responsible for all aspects of order processing, managing backlog orders, checking products availabilities, shipping handling, customer satisfaction, end to end cycle.
It is required to work with the stakeholders as needed and provide guidance to logistics team to get shipments out on timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/foreign Trade
- Ability to work in a crossfunctional and teamwork environment.
- 2 years of LATAM customer service, operational logistics, import/export/customs background
- Communication, analytical, strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Oracle and Salesforce background
- Preferably Life Sciences segment previous experience
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Orders processing and management, ensuring all compliance requirements are completed.
- Ensure highquality order to remittance process (managing product availability and shipping paperwork)
- Plan and proactively manage the entire customer order fulfillment, end to end cycle;
- Establish and maintain communication with stakeholders;
- Provide shipping and billing instructions in accordance with order terms and conditions;
- Manage the backorder items with the planning team;
- Submit expedite to global manufacturing team;
- Collaborate with all internal and external customers;
- Manage shipments, credits, returns and customer complaints;
