- Orchestrate the Long-Range Planning and Business Plan processes across the system, with key results target setting and paving the path to achieve them.
- Be the Strategy partner to the Operations of Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo and Center of Brazil. Responsible to find opportunities or course correction of 'where to play' and 'how to win'.
- Leverage different sources of data to develop actionable and compelling insights, strategies, and initiatives. Examples of data: sell-in information, market share, price competitiveness, outlet coverage, brand equity KPIs and etc.
- Orchestrate quarterly macroeconomics sessions to bring an outside-in perspective for different stakeholders. This will mix leading an external research provider and evaluating the Operation need on macros.
- Maximize the network within other Latin America Strategy teams and vendors to deliver key insights to the local business. Develop deep dives to identify granular opportunities and create actionable initiatives at local level.
- Manage uncertainty and multiple stakeholders.
- 5+ years of Business and/or functional experience in Strategy, Business Intelligence, Planning, Operations, Marketing or other related areas.
- Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers.
- Experience working with external providers, such as Nielsen, Scanntech, Kantar Worldpanel and/or Euromonitor wil be a plus.
- Fluent/Advanced English. Spanish is a nice to have.
- Tools: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint are must haves. PowerBI and other Data Analytics tools will be a plus.
- Negotiation: to drive better conversations into practical applications.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills to set the agenda
- Business acumen skills: fact-based ability to translate data and insights to contribute to key business decisions making.
