    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Realizing the service for the associates of the Corporate segment, considering that the cooperative caters to doctors and healthcare professionals. Identifying the financial solutions that best meet the needs of this audience regarding Sicredi's products and services, both at the Branches and other potential locations, in order to close deals and meet established goals.

    Conducting prospecting for new associates.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

    • Integrating new associates, explaining about Sicredi, addressing doubts, aiming to engage the associate with cooperative values.
    • Providing incentives to associates regarding financial solutions, ensuring they are suitable for their current life stage. Supporting associates in their decisions on financial products and services, creating strategies for financial well-being and generating a positive impact in the communities where the cooperative operates.
    • Managing and developing a predominantly Corporate associate portfolio, fulfilling the established commercial agenda, offering financial solutions tailored to their needs, promoting products and services aligned with set targets, with a focus on strategic planning.
    • Acquiring new associates and business opportunities by understanding the associate's industry sector, debt level. Conducting visits to explore new business opportunities and enhance relationships with associates.
    • Facilitating associates' interaction with self-service channels, promoting agility and guiding them towards digital solutions. Providing guidance to associates on using available products and technology effectively.
    • Monitoring portfolio debt levels and developing measures to address arrears, avoiding costs and legal involvement. Handling associate data registration and updates.
    • Managing Micro, Small Businesses, and mixed portfolios from small branches, aiming to deliver a customized and targeted service to the target audience.
    • Occasionally and upon request, processing financial transactions such as payments, receipts, and transfers.

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS


    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management, or related fields


    - Experience in business activities at the Branch, assisting with the cooperative's product and service portfolios, or similar market experience.


    - Knowledge of financial products and services


    - Cooperative legislation


    - Sales techniques


    - Negotiation skills


    - Broad business vision


    - Communication skills


    - Minimum CPA-10 certification
