We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our Brazil operation team.

About the Team
The team is responsible to building the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) category in Brazil.

The job scope will mainly be building a strong presence for TikTok Commerce, introducing high potential brands/merchants to commerce platform, and driving their growth with other teams & external partners in TikTok business.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and execute sub-category growth strategy for the business - to define goals, identify opportunities and design approaches;
  • Identify, acquire and incubate potential multi
- brand principals, distributors and merchants to support category growth;

  • Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently;
  • Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams;
  • Own internal projects to contribute to the ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing.
  • Connect with the category industry and help them understand how to thrive in TikTok Commerce.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years experience in e-commerce business; a mixed experience in both platform side and brand/merchant side is highly preferred;

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • A good team player, fast learner and open to changes;
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving;
  • Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred;
  • Strong connections with brands and distributors are preferred.
  • Experience working in FMCG category is preferred.
