We are looking for an HR Business Partner for a newly established role in Metso Outotec Minerals Business Area. The role holder will be responsible to support our BA Minerals Project Delivery organizations. Project Delivery organizations are located in our 6 Business Line Delivery organizations in several different countries.

With this new HR role, you would support delivery organizations from Business Area perspective and be the coordinator between delivery organizations to create a standardized model for resourcing and learning & development.

You will also work together with the Minerals HR Lead on many other initiatives. Additional responsibilities can later be added based on the location and experience of the selected person. You will report to VP HR, Business Area Minerals.

These will be some of your responsibilities:

HR Business partner for all Delivery functions in Minerals Business Area.
Support and facilitate function leadership development and coach senior leaders.
Responsible for defined HR development projects and support with data analytics.
Support delivery organizations with external partner network and concept development and process
Provide proactive innovation to people topics, foreseeing the future needs based on business plans.
Work for reduced employee risks and increased process compliance.
Manages key strategic resources & competencies and lead talent management and development
Drive key recruitments mainly focusing on Project Manager recruitment ́s.
Strong contribution to organizational design and development.
Strategic workforce planning together with Business Area HR Lead.
Supporting global HR processes in alignment with region HR's

Requirements for the role:

You have a solid, global or partly global HR background, and at least 5 years of previous work experience from generalist or HR Partner positions
You have experience from working in technology organizations and preferably in a project environment
You have a strong understanding of the core HR processes and the ability to adapt them into team specific needs.
You have a problemsolving and cando attitude combined with networking skills and a willingness to take initiative
Fluent written and spoken English language skills are required
