What you will do

Understand key competitive landscape.
Understand our Medical Education and business strategy.
Support development of educational content utilizing HCP input.
Support Medical Education Program development.
Maintain collaboration with broader Medical Education/Product/Marketing/Sales training.
Lead Medical Education program coordination, logistics and content delivery.
Organize inclass and virtual courses.
Identify what we want to measure/track and most appropriate method.
Provide input to future plans.
Understand KOLs profile and starts networking.
Understand and provide input to training and Medical Education workstreams.
Gain expertise in Medical Education programs and adapt programs with customer's needs.
Understand the different communication channel strategies.
Partnership with Marketing Communications to develop communication plans.

What you will need

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or Healthcare areas.
Previous experience with Medical Education.
Fluent English & Spanish required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good knowledge of virtual tools for facilitating events.
Project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
