Call Center service trilingual (English and Español), via chat and voice, for individual and legal person with the aim of

identify customer needs, clarify doubts, carry out telephone services and offer products, handling of technical incidents of voice and data, situations correlated to trilingual and bring solutions that add value to the customer.

Do much more than delight and help the customer.

Check out all assignments below:

Ensure the best experience, meeting customer needs and requests.
Bring solutions that add value to the customer and build loyalty.
Deal with different situations, using different types of systems to record the services provided and maintain excellence in customer evaluation scores.
Make offers of products and services.
Identify the need and build customer loyalty according to the situation indicated.
And other activities correlated to the job.

Requisitos e qualificações

Be at least 18 years old.
Completed High school
We hire people with no professional experience.

It will be an advantage to have experience in English call center, in sales as a salesperson in stores, door to door, supermarkets, malls, retail, department stores, telephone service, customer service, sales consultant, active and/or inbound telemarketer, billing agent, telesales and attendant.

Courses such as Public Speaking, Communication, Sales Techniques, Argumentation or Telemarketing will be an advantage.
Preferably live close to the company.
Good knowledge in computing and office suite (Typing, Word, Excel and Windows Package).
