AD Digital is looking for a Technical Production Specialist to _work_
with the Partners Experiences team of YouTube.

As Technical Production Specialist you will be part of a core team that plan, execute and deliver in person and virtual experiences to YouTube creators.

This person must have an active interest in and enthusiasm about delivering audiovisual projects and events.

We look for people that have technical skills, but also a creative mind and an artistic look.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Knowledge of the workflow of a audiovisual production being virtual and in person productions;
Be familiar with editing and design softwares to create visual elements and produce content to be used in broadcasts;
Be capable to operate virtual live stream softwares (OBS, StreamYard, Vmix and others)
Ability to communicate and technically assist partners and creators to set up their audio, video, lighting and setting to participate in the live events;
Quickthinking to deal with last minute changes and issues during a live transmission;
Keep up to date on possible changes and improvements in the versions of the digital tools used;
Ability to dialogue with both creators and members of technical production
Helping to write and design documentation and standard operating procedures in an excellent way;
Ability to build presentations on Google Slides and spreadsheets on Google Sheets;
Support to the AD-Digital team of specialists to meet the technical and visual requirements of each event.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience in the audiovisual industry
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Excellent writing skills
Ability to learn and manage new technologies and tools to better operate the productions and livestreams.
Flexible and easily adaptable to changes
Teamwork
