Service Description

The service provider shall play a transversal role by interacting with all the affiliate and #### for the development of his activities and will report to the Accounting Coordinator.

It is important analysis skills to detect and explain unexpected/unusual movements between periods, SAP knowledge in FI module, as also accuracy and reliability of accounts payable entries.

The service provider shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, the environment and Company's assets and reputation.

Activities

1) Daily Activities:

Responsible for monitoring down payments and expense reports;
Followup on workflow process of IMP documents;
Posting of cash calls on operated and non operated assets;
Generation of payment proposal on relation to taxes and partners, as also provide the necessary support to SSC in this activity;
Also liaise with SSC, cost controllers, accounting, treasury and other departments on allocations and accounts payable issues as appropriate.

2) Responsible for analysis of accounts payables, follow-up clearings and payments.

3) Guarantee the adherence of the accounts payables procedures to the policies.

4) Accomplishments of internal control.

5) Support audit (internal & external) process.

6) To train and qualify trainees.

Qualifications/Experience required

University degree in Accounting, Economy or Business Administration;
Fluent Portuguese, with capabilities in English;
Experience in Accounts Payable (preferable in a multinational);
Experience in SAP FI module;
Knowledge about Oil & Gas industry;
Used to work under pressure and with sharp deadlines;
Skills of organization, proactivity, interface with other departments and team building;
