    Coordenador de Desenvolvimento

    PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES E RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Coordenar equipe de desenvolvimento para entregar valor e atender às expectativas das partes interessadas, facilitando a integração diária dos membros da equipe, promovendo: o planejamento das sprint/entregas, a demonstração dos resultados das sprints e liderando as reuniões de retrospectivas da equipe com base nos processos e normas estabelecidos pela empresa.
  • Garantir que os padrões de qualidade sejam atendidos e os procedimentos operacionais padrão estabelecidos pela empresa sejam seguidos.
  • Orientar a equipe na auto-organização técnica buscando maximizar o potencial de entrega da equipe.
  • Avaliar a maturidade da equipe nos conhecimentos das soluções e processos estabelecidos, promovendo o direcionamento, quando aplicável, da equipe para níveis mais elevados de maturidade, em um ritmo que seja sustentável e confortável para a equipe e para a organização.
  • Construir um ambiente de confiança onde os problemas possam ser levantados sem medo de culpa, retribuição ou julgamento, com ênfase na solução de problemas. Facilitar a discussão, tomada de decisão e resolução de conflitos, trabalhando com as equipes para identificar, atribuir e coordenar itens de ação de mitigação de riscos e problemas.
  • Suportar e estabelecer parceria com o Product Owner (PO), especialmente no que diz respeito à preparação e manutenção do backlog dos produtos/projetos.
  • garantir que as equipes estejam entregando de acordo com o compromisso assumido: Escopo, esforço, tempo e qualidade
  • Dar visibilidade às equipes de desenvolvimento e partes interessadas dos compromissos assumidos, progressos e revisões recorrentes das ações para garantir a entrega dos compromissos assumidos pela equipe.
  • Preparar e apresentar relatórios de status
  • Garantir altos padrões de design e qualidade de código em todos os momentos
  • Responsável por liderar atividades de desenvolvimento, incluindo análises técnicas, estimativa de esforço, definição de escopo e objetivos, coordenando as atividades do time de desenvolvimento;
  • Participar ativamente do planejamento do projeto de desenvolvimento de soluções e/ou customizações, tomando como base a especificação técnica e escopo definido, fluxogramas, diagramas de modelagem e documentações pertinentes e especificações técnicas de acordo com necessidades levantadas;
  • Desenvolver as soluções e/ou customizações, tomando como base o especificado no projeto e escopo definido, utilizando-se de linguagem de programação e ferramentas existentes e documentações pertinentes, cumprindo cronogramas e especificações técnicas de acordo com necessidades levantadas.
  • Acompanhar o processo de implantação das soluções desenvolvidas, intervindo em caso de problemas de produção, para garantir a correta homologação das soluções em produção;
  • Buscar constante atualização com relação às inovações técnicas de sua área de atuação no que se refere a novas tecnologias, ferramentas, recursos, arquiteturas de software entre outros aspectos, que possam subsidiar o desenvolvimento de novas soluções e/ou sistemas para a companhia.
  • Executar outras tarefas correlatas, a critério do superior imediato;
  • Respeitar e cumprir o programa de integridade da companhia bem como todos os procedimentos de integridade e compliance;

    • Seguir as políticas e normas internas relacionadas à saúde ocupacional, segurança do trabalho e meio ambiente, respeitando as orientações técnicas e comunicando eventuais desvios às áreas responsáveis;

    CURSOS, CONHECIMENTOS ESPECÍFICOS E/OU HABILIDADES:

  • Inglês avançado;
  • Experiência em desenvolvimento de produtos e/ou projetos;
  • Conhecimento e certificação em metodologia Ágil, principalmente Scrum e Kanban;
  • Familiaridade com as ferramentas Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo
  • Prévia experiencia em coordenação de equipes será um diferencial
  • Certificação Agile será diferencial;
  • Certificação PMP será diferencial;

    Development Coordinator

    MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate development team to deliver value and meet stakeholder expectations, facilitating the daily integration of team members, promoting: the planning of sprints/deliverables, the demonstration of sprint results and leading team retrospective meetings based on the processes and standards established by the company.
  • Ensure that quality standards are met and standard operating procedures established by the company are followed.
  • Guide the team in technical self-organization seeking to maximize the team's delivery potential.
  • Assess the maturity of the team in the knowledge of the established solutions and processes, promoting the direction, when applicable, of the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and the organization.
  • Build an environment of trust where issues can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or judgment, with an emphasis on problem-solving. Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution by working with teams to identify, assign, and coordinate risk and problem mitigation action items.
  • Support and establish partnership with the Product Owner (PO), especially with regard to the preparation and maintenance of the backlog of products/projects.

  • Provide visibility to development teams and stakeholders of commitments made, progress, and recurring reviews of actions to ensure the delivery of commitments made by the team.

  • Ensure high standards of design and code quality at all times
  • Responsible for leading development activities, including technical analysis, effort estimation, scope definition and objectives, coordinating the activities of the development team;
  • Actively participate in the planning of the project for the development of solutions and/or customizations, based on the technical specification and defined scope, flowcharts, modeling diagrams and pertinent documentation and technical specifications according to the needs raised;
  • Develop solutions and/or customizations, based on what is specified in the project and defined scope, using programming language and existing tools and relevant documentation, complying with schedules and technical specifications according to needs raised.
  • Monitor the implementation process of the developed solutions, intervening in case of production problems, to ensure the correct approval of the solutions in production;
  • Seek constant updating in relation to the technical innovations of its area of expertise with regard to new technologies, tools, resources, software architectures, among other aspects, which can support the development of new solutions and/or systems for the company.
  • Perform other related tasks, at the discretion of the immediate superior;
  • Respect and comply with the company's integrity program, as well as all integrity and compliance procedures;

    • Follow internal policies and standards related to occupational health, occupational safety and the environment, respecting technical guidelines and reporting any deviations to the responsible areas;

    COURSES, SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILLS:

  • Advanced English;
  • Experience in product and/or project development;
  • Knowledge and certification in Agile methodology, mainly Scrum and Kanban;
  • Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo tools
