We are looking for a passionate and experienced Influencer Development Manager focused on Technology Creators to join our BR Creators team, within BR Prime & Marketing organization.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Influencer partnerships at Amazon and work with some of the most influential content creators in the industry.

As an Influencer Development Manager for the Amazon Influencer Program, you will be a key player in expanding our footprint in BR influencer ecosystem.

You'll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and cultivating relationships with influencers focused on Technology, enhancing their engagement with Amazon, and ensuring a seamless experience for both influencers and our customers.


  • You are customer obsessed: You will be obsessed with our influencer community, helping them build their businesses and supporting them use the Amazon Influencer tools to implement effective integrations (links, personalised influencer pages, shoppable content, etc.). You are deep on current influencer trends and understand how our wide product selection fit into content creators' strategies. You will explore revenue driving opportunities with leading influencers in this segment.
  • You are strategicminded: You will develop, execute, and refine an end to end business development management strategy, as well as supporting PR and XCM to foster brand advocacy. Using your deep knowledge of social media and influencer marketing you will develop innovative integrations which help unlock new opportunities for Amazon.
  • You are data focused: You will have responsibility for identifying prospecting, onboarding, training and optimizing a portfolio of top commercial content creators and driving the adoption of best practice. You will be responsible for tracking performance KPIs and identifying core gaps in our product and marketing offering.
Key job responsibilities

  • Proactively build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective leads, strategically prioritizing targets to strike a balance between shortterm and longterm growth requirements, ensuring their fulfillment.
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with Key BR Influencers and Content Creators. This is essential for driving revenue growth and inspiring Amazon customers on both the Amazon platform and social media channels.
  • Take the lead in driving the adoption of Creators tools and Shoppable content strategies, optimizing their performance. This includes enhancing earnings opportunities and boosting engagement levels for Creators.
  • Lead projects aimed at advancing tool development, best practice sharing, process refinement, and generating innovative ideas for new business development and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct indepth analysis of business results, leveraging insights not only to assess performance but also to optimize strategies. Communicate findings to senior management and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders for effective implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with Amazon internal teams to provide support for strategic Amazon businesses. Foster synergy and alignment to drive mutual success
