    Estamos em busca de um profissional altamente qualificado para assumir um importante cargo de Gerência na área regulatória no Brasil. O profissional selecionado será responsável por supervisionar e coordenar as atividades relacionadas à conformidade com as normas e regulamentações estabelecidas pelos órgãos competentes, como Inmetro, Anvisa, Anatel e organismos acreditados. Além disso, o profissional deverá possuir sólido conhecimento em certificação compulsória e nas portarias Inmetro 148 (eletroeletrônicos) e 384 (eletromédicos).

    Principais atributos e habilidades necessárias:

    1. Experiência comprovada em cargos de gerência na área regulatória, preferencialmente em empresas do setor de eletroeletrônicos e/ou eletromédicos.
    2. Profundo conhecimento das normas e regulamentações aplicáveis, incluindo Inmetro, Anvisa, Anatel e organismos acreditados.
    3. Domínio das portarias Inmetro 148 (eletroeletrônicos) e 384 (eletromédicos), bem como em processos de certificação compulsória.
    4. Fluência em inglês, tanto oral quanto escrita, é obrigatória.
    5. Experiência em contato com fabricantes na China e habilidade para lidar com questões culturais e logísticas.
    6. Forte habilidade de liderança e capacidade de gerenciar equipes multidisciplinares.
    7. Experiência no desenvolvimento e implementação de políticas de qualidade e processos de pós-venda, incluindo a gestão do Serviço de Atendimento ao Consumidor (SAC) para garantir a excelência no atendimento e a satisfação do cliente.
    8. Habilidade para analisar e solucionar problemas, além de possuir excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação.
    9. Capacidade de se adaptar rapidamente às mudanças no ambiente regulatório e de manter a empresa em conformidade com as normas vigentes.
    10. Ensino superior completo em áreas relacionadas, como Engenharia, Farmácia, Química, com especialização em Gestão Regulatória, Gestão da Qualidade, Regulamentação e Compliance, Engenharia de Produção, Metrologia.
