About the Role:

How You Will Make an Impact:

Production System Maintenance:Ensure the smooth operation of the production system by promptly addressing any incidents and providing quick fixes or workarounds to maintain system health.

Agile and DevOps Methodology:Embrace Agile and DevOps methodologies, taking complete ownership of the development process to streamline efficiency and collaboration.

Continuous Learning:Stay updated with the latest relevant technologies, techniques, frameworks, tools, methodologies, and processes to continuously enhance development practices and outcomes.

What We Look For:

Strong Communication Skills:Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, facilitating clear communication and understanding.

Software and System Architecture:Proven track record in software and system architecture, including microservices architecture and AWS cloud technologies.

Technical Proficiency:Solid understanding of caching technologies, front-end technologies, and web architecture.
-
Engineering Best Practices:Commitment to engineering best practices and a focus on nonfunctional requirements (NFRs).

Quality Engineering:Familiarity with Quality Engineering principles and practices is advantageous.

CI/CD and DevOps:Experience with CI/CD build/deploy pipelines and modern DevOps practices such as GitOps.

Methodologies:Good understanding of technology methodologies including Agile (SCRUM), continuous integration/continuous development, and automation.
