We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful development and launch of products.

As a Video Conference Product Manager at Rocket.

Chat, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our video conference integrations and working closely with video conference partners.

Your skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing)
Proven experience in product management or a related field
Experience with agile development methodologies
Solid technical background and/or handson experience in software development and web technologies
Experience developing video conference products is a plus
Experience with customer success
Advanced English
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment

What you'll do ‍**- Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives

Conduct market research and design discovery to identify customer needs and trends, and translate the insights into actionable product improvements
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define product requirements and deliver highquality products on time and on budget
Analyze and report on key metrics to measure the success of products and identify areas for improvement
Lead product launch efforts, including working with marketing to develop gotomarket strategies and sales to prepare for product rollouts
Build and maintain relationships with key partners and customers to gather feedback and insights
