Who We Are

Zubale is a technology company that enables retailers to win in eCommerce in Latin America with its ecosystem of eCommerce infrastructure services.

We partner with a wide range of retailers from supermarkets, specialty stores, pharmacies, department stores and fashion brands to integrate our technology with theirs and fulfill the order end-to-end with independent workers who pick, pack and deliver from the retailers asset (store, warehouse, dark stores etc) to the final customer.

In addition, we can modularize our tech given the retailers needs. We are obsessed with helping brands and retailers improve their eCommerce direct channels experience, reduce costs and improve EBITDA.

We have achieved aggressive growth in 4 years operating in 6 countries: Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Costa Rica and completing over 10 million jobs in our platform.

Today we serve 80+ customers, have thousand of gig workers engaged in our platform and operate in thousand of stores.

Who We Are
The retail industry across Latin America is worth 2 trillion dollars annually.

Hence, to ensure growing sales and market share, brands and retailers spend billions of dollars each year to send thousands of workers to complete in-store tasks like stocking shelves, fulfilling e-commerce orders, delivering e-commerce orders and building displays.

Our technology provides brands and retailers with a solution for all these.

We do that by connecting our users, via their phone, to our marketplace where they can choose from an inventory of tasks nearby they can complete as independent contractors.

In exchange, brands and retailers receive a real time dashboard with the status of the different tasks completed.

To date over 5,000,000 tasks have been delivered by users for brands and retailers via our platform across Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Costa Rica (soon Brazil) and we are transforming the way brands and retailers manage their business.

Who We Are Looking For

What You Will Do

Lead and manage the Payment team for payments and processes;
Analyze data to understand and create better practices and more effective processes for payments, P&L, billing, bonus, pricing, and rewards;
Be responsible for organizing and sharing P&L per brand and store in more detail level to guarantee good decisionmaking;
Track P&L projection versus what was done in reality;
Track bonus spending, analysis, and provide bonus simulations for the regional managers;
Work with internal teams as needed to improve performance and troubleshoot issues;
Reach operations, acquisition, and financial targets of different business units.

The skills and experience you will bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, economics, engineering or similar degrees
Excellent communication skills in English
Scrappy: Make things happen with limited resources
Bias for action to get things done on time and deliver for the business
Discipline
Data driven with ability to pull numbers to drive decisions

Nice to have

Previous experience in high growth environments or startup(s)
