About the position:

We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Developer who is excited to work with some of the most amazing talents in the tech industry - a technical expert within the Salesforce platform who will support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements, and company goals.

What you can expect to do:

Take ownership of development and support of GP's Salesforce, including the data model, data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, and custom code.
Solve complex problems and develop solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning, Visual force pages, and configurations to support critical business functions.
Collaborating, communicating, and translating business requirements with the Technical Architect and Project Manager to build technical solutions.
Work with global teams to facilitate quick responses meeting critical deadlines and mission goals successfully.
Collaborate with various internal departments, including software engineering, product management, and revenue to ensure that solution developed meets the needs relating to functionality and performance.

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
Experience in leading or mentoring a team is strongly preferred
Understanding of Salesforce platform functionality/concepts and presenting to a nontechnical audience and project stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform including best practices for solution implementation.
Ability to work with Crossorganizational teams to gather requirements for small to mediumsized projects.
Experience in designing solutions with maximum usability while minimizing code complexity.
A cando attitude and willingness to pick new challenges.
Either Object Oriented Programming skills or JavaScript at basic to medium level.
Salesforce certified PD1(Preferably), PD2(great to have), Platform App Builder (nice to have)
Other SF certifications are appreciated.
