International project for a nonprofit social enterprise with a mission to increase career opportunities for the 71 million adults in the U.S.

who do not have a four-year college degree but are Skilled Through Alternative Routes (STARs) in the United States.

Responsibilities
The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for the implementation and support of their Talent Marketplace. This scope of the responsibility includes the user interface, scalability, interoperability APIs, and security. The role includes scoping requirements, contributing to design documents, and implementing features.

What is expected of you for success in your role:

Build full stack, highly customized systems, from scalable backend services to frontend projects
Plan and implement enhancements, and in some cases, new products
Study, analyze, and implement the use of lowcode and nocode tools as part of the development strategy
Work with the Product Owner and Developers to ensure the team is technically aligned
Establish additional internal development tools, workflows, and policies
Provide higherlevel direction for features and the project as a whole

Requirements (Must have)

Fluent English
4+ years as a Fullstack developer (2+ Python and 2 + React)
1+ year experience as a technical leader
Availability to learn lowcode and nocode tools as part of the development strategy
Experience managing software development Agile projects
Familiarity with automated testing platforms
Expert in developing APIs
Expert in using relational and nonrelational database
Strong communication and transparency skills
Good decisionmaking skills
