Instrutor Técnico

RESUMO

Desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos operacionais, ferramentas e processos relativos à metodologia de melhoria contínua garantindo a disseminação e consolidação da cultura Lean, do uso e desenvolvimento de suas ferramentas e controles.

Desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
Ministrar treinamentos Operacionais e sobre a cultura Lean e suas ferramentas;
Desenvolver e implementar projetos de melhoria nos processos, visando a excelência operacional;
Desenvolver Kaizens com foco em melhoria contínua e redução de custos;
Controlar o fluxo de elaboração, auditoria e implantação das Instrução de Trabalho;
Analisar e atualizar as instruções de trabalho sempre que houver mudança nos tempos e processos;
Executar outras atividades inerentes e correlatas ao cargo.

Requisitos:

Ensino Médio Completo.
