    ROLE PURPOSE
    As an Assets Integrity Engineer with a specialization in Naval engineering, you play a vital role in shaping strategies and governance for onshore facilities, incorporating industry best practices and regulatory standards into engineering processes. Your responsibilities include conducting regular audits to ensure compliance, fostering continuous improvement initiatives, and serving as the operational voice in technical dialogues.

    ROLE CONTRIBUTION
    To guarantee the Integrity and Safety of the Unit, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO:

    • Provide technical expertise for resolving local and fleet-wide challenges
    • Conduct independent audits to maintain standards
    • Identify and address technical risks effectively
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with Class requirements and local regulations
    • Support onshore teams with additional expertise or resources as needed

    To drive Continuous Improvement in tools and processes, YOU ARE EXPECTED TO:

    • Collect and analyze data and feedback from the fleet operations
    • Utilize vendor insights to drive innovation and improvement
    • Develop and update Global Enterprise Management Systems (GEMS) procedures and Code of Practices (COPS)
    • Collaborate with IT for maintenance and enhancement of tools and applications
    • Represent Operations (Ops) in strategic and tactical meetings

    To Enhance Commercial Performance, YOU ARE TASKED WITH:

    • Identifying and evaluating potential vendors and subcontractors
    • Provide relevant data for reporting purposes
