Core Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
Evaluate organizational HR needs and provide strategic advice to the executive team on key HR issues influencing decision-making.
Global HR Operations:
Establish and optimize HR procedures and processes for global operations, covering Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Professional Development, Employer Branding, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll & People Operations.
Employee Growth and Satisfaction:
Design, implement, and enhance retention and career development plans to foster employee growth and satisfaction.
Business Advisory:
Act as a trusted business advisor to the executive/senior management, offering insights on crucial organizational and management issues.
Data-Driven Culture:
Strengthen people systems, processes, and infrastructure to cultivate a data-driven culture within the organization.
High-Performance Teams:
Build and lead High-Performance Teams, emphasizing efficiency, diversity, and innovation from a talent perspective.
Global Relationship Management:
Work cross-culturally, developing and maintaining a global relationship network to support organizational goals.
Strategic Collaboration:
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
Policy Development and Implementation:
Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to meet the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
Compliance Management:
Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, recommending best practices and modifying policies and practices as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role. with 10 years or more experience
- Indepth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Argentina, Peru, Chile and USA.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a global environment, understanding and navigating crosscultural dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the cloud, hosting, data center, and/or telecommunications industry are desirable.
