Marine Brazil Business Support Senior Advisor to join its office in
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil within the Marine Americas Region Division.

Mission:

The Marine Brazil Business Support Senior Advisor e is focused on ensuring the smooth running of all back-office functions, providing administrative and business support to BU teams

Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients and providers, provide general support to visitors.
Ensure contracts and invoices are compliant with provider, client and legal requirements.
Prepare periodic administrative reports presenting the status and progress of the unit's works and projects.
Prepare periodic operational reports, presenting data pertaining to production costs, records, resource expenditures, etc.
Keep track of process deadlines, identify missing documentation and nonconformities.
Manage documentation: develop and maintain a filing system to register incoming and outgoing documents, sort, check and distribute the documents In my opinion this is one of the most important responsibilities and I would like to list it as first

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
At least 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role;
Analytical mindset with great organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, archiving processes, and Excel (desired).
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in a similar operational support role is advantageous.
