Imported Material Supply Operations Analyst - Responsibilities:

  • Direct support Local Supply Operation for Brazil, with a straight interface Imported Suppliers.
  • Plan and execute Scheduling and Material Flow Chart.
  • Be a solution provider, challenging the status quo and proposing efficient solutions.
  • Continuously map Supply Operations Process, identifying gaps, opportunities and promoting synergy.
  • Ensure clear communication of goals, risks and efforts involved to peer areas and promptly escalate to Leadership any risk or issue.
  • Work as an influencer to create a more strategical environment, bringing new approaches and tools.
  • Being an enabler to ensure the effectiveness of Supply Operations in South America Region.
  • Collaborative cross working with functional areas to guarantee team's alignment as well as proactively solve problems.
  • Promote GM values, taking and leading the team to decisions based on customer needs. Being a proactively roadblock buster.

What will your role be?

  • You'll work directly with Local Operations Leadership to map currently and future processes, regarding Imported Parts, describing procedures, developing and measuring key performance indicators, coordinating action & solutions plan and guaranteeing peers involvement.
  • The foundation of this role relies on having a close contact to Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, as well as Suppliers and Logistics Providers.
  • Support daily meetings with different levels of leadership, some of them in English or Spanish.

Additional Job Description:


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering or Similar.
  • Intermediate or Advanced in English.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
  • Have strong interpersonal/ communication skills, ability to communicate cross functionally within the organization.
  • Availability to work hybridly in our offices located in
    Sao Caetano Do Sul, Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Knowledge in Manufacturing and GPSC Operations.
  • Knowledge in Power BI.
