Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience advertising sales and media account management.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience with retail customers or industry.
  • Ability to flex communication given different audiences or stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate Google tools to turn data into insight and sales opportunities.
  • Ability to collaborate within crossfunctional teams, aligning workflow and best practices among team members with accountability to meet or exceed goals delivering outstanding customer experience.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

As part of Google Customer Solutions (GCS), the Engage team is designed to grow mid-sized businesses from all verticals and business models, through tailored solutions intended to meet a customer's objectives.


As an Account Manager, you will identify, strategize, and grow customers within a segment of the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem.

In this role, you will collaborate with clients to devise strategies to accelerate growth across a portfolio and set them up for sustainable growth on our platforms.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage a portfolio of Google Ads of accounts (specialized in eCommerce business model) by understanding the Retail market, seasonalities, and growth drivers with digital marketing strategy.
  • Balance between scalable sales activations of the book of business and high touch service for customers.
  • Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, and tailor and share performanceenhancing suggestions. Share and collaborate with Product team members on new feature development.
  • Identify key client stakeholders (both AB and Clevel of our customers and agencies), build rapport and effectively manage objections from them.
