As a Consumer Product Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing licensed merchandise strategies that promote our titles and build them into long-term franchises, shaping the cultural zeitgeist.

• Assist in executing new business development pitches and identifying scalable opportunities for impactful engagement.
• Collaborate closely with Merchandise Strategy teams to develop and update strategies for Global and local titles in Brazil and Sola.
• Work with Finance and ops teams to execute the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasting, and budget process.
• Manage daily tactical business needs, including contracts, NDA's, and approvals with producers and partners.
• Develop detailed postmortem agendas for licensed programs and coordinate crossfranchise and category programs.
• Support the licensing manager in coordinating sales/retailers presentations and collaborate with agencies on product pitches.

• Degreelevel education in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in the licensing industry.
• Proven track record of working in a fastpaced corporate environment.
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to achieve business targets.
• Proficiency in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Strong understanding of digital, social, and brickandmortar marketing.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Effective multitasker with excellent prioritization skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Impeccable written and spoken English and Spanish communication skills.
• Passion for pop culture and entertainment.
