About the position


A Product Owner (PO) in a remittance company is responsible for managing and developing the company's digital remittance product, broadly and comprehensively.

The PO is responsible for understanding customer needs, identifying improvement opportunities for the product, and defining a strategy to meet business needs.


Responsibilities
Develop the service of selling and exchanging foreign currency.

Develop the service of sending money abroad from Brazil.

Develop the service of selling products to people traveling abroad.

Identify improvement opportunities for the product based on customer feedback, market trends and competition.

Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that key features are delivered on time and on budget.

Participate in discussions on technical, design and usability issues to ensure that the product meets customer and business requirements.


Work with other areas of the company, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure that the product is aligned with company and customer needs.

Measure the success of the product through defined metrics such as conversion rate, retention rate, and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

Previous experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in a remitance company.

Commercial Profile.

Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Ability to manage priorities and work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English (French will be a plus).

Knowledge of the international remittance market.
