The Job
Under Manager guidance, support the execution of the department operational tasks.

Support sales activities the group of accounts:
Claro, VIVO, TIM, Campsoft, Playhub, Watch, Primepass and UOL.


The Daily - Major Activities

  • 1. Control of receiving/launching partners' subscriber bases (linear and streaming);
  • 2. Support in sending/monitoring documents (contracts/additives/DVs/DOAs) for partner and internal signatures via AdobeSign;
  • 3. Under the supervision of the Account Manager, support the addressing and internal followup of technical support requests from partners (login issues, interface issues, etc.);
  • 4. Billing followup with Contract Admin and Finance (checking values, bases, POs, etc.);
  • 5. Support for traveling quotes/emissions in the area (transport, accommodation, etc.);
  • 6.
Support in data filling in the area's management reports, such as:
base evolution, churn, acquisitions, etc.;

  • 7. Support in the preparation (Power Point files) and execution (calls) of sales training (presentations, agenda requests, gifts, etc.);
  • 8. Monitoring of partners' offers, market trends, movements, competition, etc. (ISPs and HUBs);
  • 9. Anatel base monthly update
  • 10. Monitoring of the Quarterly Action Plan in each HUB, with preparation of a monthly book of the main activities/offers.

The Essentials

  • Intermediate English (writing and reading).
  • Knowledge in Power Point and Excel (data bases and complex spreadsheets).
  • Digital environment friendly.
  • Strong relationship capabilities.

The Nice to Haves

  • Account support experience.
  • PayTV and Streaming knowledge.
  • English speaking fluency.
