Operations

Key accountabilities

Working closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and customer needs
Work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to define and document product requirements
Effective business requirements gathering by analysing and documenting business processes, through process mapping, writing user stories and acceptance criteria
Thrives on supporting the developers and testers to create a user focused product
Help to instil Agile ways of working
Good stakeholder engagement skills with both business and technical teams

Key selection criteria

Knowledge and skills

Minimum 3 years' experience working in business analysis activities in Agile environments
Experience coordinating user acceptance testing activities
Excellent stakeholder management skills

Personal qualities

Attention to detail
A keen interest in racing or sports is beneficial but not a must
Experience working in a startup or highly regulated industry is beneficial but not a must
