Overview:
A Solution Consultant is the main contact of the Customer on his/her area of expertise. The area of expertise may be technical or functional or both functional and technical. Consulting assignments enable to understand customers' needs, promote the company's Solutions and implement different software components and solutions.
There are different kinds of assignments Consultants can perform:
- simple solution implementation as the implementation of an existing component or solution at a local level for which it is possible to rely on previous experiences feedbacks within the company
The Consulting type of work covers a wide range of areas of expertise as:
- The company's customers are from many Business industries
- Consulting assignments answer different Business domains needs
- Consulting assignments enable the implementation of different software components and solutions
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
The Professional Services Consultant:
- Performs complex consulting assignments without assistance
- Participates as a technical expert of several technologies or software packages in a complex project of software implementation or systems integration
- Designs solutions to comply with Customer needs
- May contribute to complex presales and invitations to tender
- For Cloud Services, actively contributes to incident and change process management for services of limited complexity
- Monitors the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and takes appropriate actions to maintain the service quality for Cloud services
- Resolves technical problems brought up by junior staff on products/services and trains such staff in Company techniques, principally by onthejob training

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of Professional Services implementation experience working for an Enterprise Software and Services vendor
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Mathematics required. Postgraduation or MBA in a related area a plus
- Professional Services specific experience with Integration and B2B companies
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Unix and Linux operating systems.
- Strong proved technical experience with:
- API Development, API Management, API Portal, Services catalog, Microservices and Microgateways
- Basic knowledge on Docker, Kubernetes
- Some experience with commercial Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloude, etc)
- Networking protocols and technology: TCP/IP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, DNS, WAN, LAN, VPN, LDAP, Internet, Intranet, Extranet, REST, JSON, SOAP, WSDL
- Experience with security technology: PKI, C
