TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with MCN and talent agencies
  • Be responsible for the training and management of the agencies; Onboarding MCNs, agencies, and partnership organizations to build a pool of talent for the livestreaming platform.
  • Build KPI's and analyze the performance of influencers and agencies.
  • Empower agencies to promote better content performance and manage capabilities.
  • Participate in drafting and revising related policies of talents/influencers management utilizing data insights.
  • Understand the relationship between platform, influencers, agencies and users. Possesses business acumen on needs of all parties.
  • Be able to provide product or strategy suggestions on emerging opportunities in local markets with data support and/or user insights.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or above with a minimum of 3 years of working experience related to Livestreaming, videosharing, social media, gaming streaming or mobile entertainment platforms.
  • A network of influencers, celebrities or agencies within live streaming platforms preferred.
  • Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
  • Professional and patient communication and negotiation skills with agencies.
  • Resultoriented, ability to handle pressure under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English. Portuguese and/or Spanish preferred.
