This is a remote role and will be based in Brazil (desirable locations: Sao Paulo, Campinas or near the city)

For your region working with the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for the:

  • Delivery of the adult, junior and group sales targets for Brazil
  • Contributing significantly to the development and implementation of the Bayswater Education Sales and Marketing plan
  • Building and enhancing the relationships with regional agent partners to maximise recruitment opportunities
  • Supporting the regional agents with their enquiries and ensuring prompt responses to new enquiries and bookings.
  • Training new and existing partners on the Bayswater portfolio and all products.
  • Working closely with the admissions team to ensure all information is correct with new student bookings and ensuring fast and effective customer service to our partners.

Sales responsibilities

  • Help deliver the annual sales plan to achieve the regional Bayswater student recruitment target
  • Work with other Bayswater team members to ensure effective crossselling and successful and profitable agent management
  • Support the development of yearround group programs
  • Help identify the right centres, pricing structure and programs necessary to develop a successful summer camp business for Bayswater.
  • Develop sales inTurkey for all Bayswater centres and partners, for all products.
  • Maintain, grow and strengthen agent relationships
  • Support the admissions team in preparing documents for agents and registering students if needed. Ensuring payments and all paperwork are received.

Marketing responsibilities

  • Leading on country marketing initiatives and contributing to business development
  • Work closely with the Bayswater Marketing team to ensure that the promotional messages for Bayswater are effectively tailored to the markets covered, onbrand, and salesfocused
  • Monitor and report back on market and competitor developments and trends to inform Group sales and marketing strategy and the development of Bayswater Education

Performance measures

  • Achievement of the regional sales target for recruitment of Bayswater Education and English in Cyprus students

Education:


  • Excellent written and spoken English & Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree

Experience:


  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the EFL/ESL Industry or Hospitality Industry

PC knowledge:
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • An individual with a proven track record of success in international EFL student recruitment
  • Excellent understanding of the complexities of operating in a variety of international markets
  • Highly commercial, targetoriented and resultdriven
  • Strong, demonstrated agent relationship management skills, ideally within the EFL sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and liaise with colleagues and customers from across the world
  • Selfmotivated with an ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Flexible approach to working, excellent time management and organisational skills
