We are looking for a commercial support analyst, this person will be responsible for providing full support to the sales team for creating different types of proposals within Salesforce, performing all operational administrative activity related to the customer's offer, from issuing the quote to management approval, ensuring that all steps for issuing offers are in accordance with Siemens standards and policies.

This role is in constant collaboration with the sales, pre-sales, legal and finance teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Call management/tracking through TAC tool for proposal creations for the end customer.
  • Create and manage opportunities within Salesforce according to the seller's request.
  • Create and change proposals for Software and Hardware within Salesforce
  • Identify requirements, administrative details according to company standards and policies
  • Ensure that quotes created are in accordance with the payment policy
  • Coordinate with sales representatives solutions for the best progress in the quote issuance workflow.
  • Consult the workflow system of the proposals built to certify that all are approved.
  • Contact the customer to make sure that all registration data and documents required for sale by both Siemens and the customer are in compliance.
  • Use SAP to query customer registration data and product base for customers.
  • Will work closely with the order processing team to ensure that all steps and documents are compliant for order closure

Required Knowledge/Skills,

  • Ability to understand and interpret administrative requirements within internal policy and procedures
  • Focus on issue tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness of issued proposals
  • Enforce to all relevant legislation and corporate policies affecting business operations
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate level of English

Education and Experience

  • Experience in commercial administration
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with SAP
  • Bachelor degree in, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
