Peak Scientific, a fast-growing organization specializing in the manufacture of laboratory gas generators for the life science and biomedical market, is looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join our vibrant team in São Paulo.

Reporting to the General Manager LATAM, the job holder will be responsible for ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded as well as maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers.


Key duties will include:

  • Managing and developing the business with Peak's endusers
  • Providing sales advice and support for customers
  • Acting as a key point of contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
  • Actively identifying new sales opportunities
  • Negotiating the terms of a sales agreement, ensuring agreed profit margins are maintained
  • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations as and when required
  • Negotiating on delivery and specifications with other departments including engineering, marketing and production
  • Advising customers on forthcoming product developments
  • Ensuring a record of sales, order information and customer contact details are input into the appropriate CRM

You will be:

  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • Quick learner who can work under pressure against tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interface comfortably and effectively both internally and externally with a broad spectrum of personalities
  • Customer focussed and ideally sales experience in the scientific industry
  • Ideally a degree in Chemistry or related sciences
  • Ability to adapt to and communicate well with difference customer mix and cultures
  • A strong business and commercial acumen with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships
