- Supply Chain operation review using large amount of data to identify root cause of operational issues;
- Define action plan and projects to eliminate defects on Supply Chain, creating sustainable results in the long term;
- Cooperate and build relationship with the Product Family Team and Central Team to leverage improvements through new processes and projects;
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business Administration or similar Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics discipline;
- Solid experience in Supply Chain management, performance metrics, project management, retail and/or consulting;
- Strong ownership, analytical skills, ability with numbers, problem solving and project management skills;
- High level of selforganization, prioritization and time management;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese;
- Flexible, action and results oriented, selfstarting, autonomous and comfortable with large databases and tools;
- Experience with SQL;
- Ability to understand needs and drive alternative solutions for operational processes.
- Experience with purchasing and inventory management in ecommerce/retail or project management in consulting company;
- Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
