The _Field Service Engineer _for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics _is responsible for delivering services to our customers, performing preventive and corrective technical services in line with good maintenance practices, the FSE has an important role in delivering results within business expectations, as well as leading the installed base assigned to him/her for excellence in performance, the FSE is the strongest link between the real needs of customers and how the customer sees the organization Beckman Coulter as a business partner, leadership is essential in maintaining a high level of satisfaction and meeting customer needs.

This position is part of _Service Brazil_ located in _Sorocaba, SP_, having the opportunity to be on-site with customers. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the _Field Service Engineer Team_ and report to the _Technical Leader SP _responsible for _maintaining the high level of customer satisfaction for after-sales services, also responsible _Customer facing role and relationship, the FSE must develop yourself technically and strive to develop skills to better serve customers, comply with service tools, manage demands vs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

_ Contribute as a team member and in partnership with their peers and the entire organization to achieve results._

- _ Support the service business,_ execute the budget premises, overtime, spare parts consumption, travel and expenses, all Beckman Coulter resources, and key metrics performance._
- _ Ownership and accountability for after sales customers on service and customer relationship. Lead customer satisfaction results._
- _ Lead the elevation to assure response time aligned with customer and business needs._

The essential requirements of the job include
- _ Experience >3 years in technical services (IVD) or similar industry._
- _ Available for travelling >70% of worktime, be on site with customers. _
- _Proven experience with hands-on Service, pre and post installation, on field and remotely _
- _Proven experience in workflow of clinical analysis laboratories (IVD)_
- _ degree in Engineering or similar._
