- Collaborate with IT staff and business users to ensure proper integration of accounting processes.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans for accounting scenarios, identifying and reporting any anomalies or errors.
- Conduct usability tests, ensuring that workflows and accounting features are aligned with customer needs.
- Actively participate in problem resolution, providing technical support to business users and collaborating in identifying effective solutions.
- Document test results, create reports, and communicate findings clearly and concisely to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to users of accounting and finance staff, assisting in the efficient and effective use of the SAP system.
- Keep up to date with SAP system updates and improvements, suggesting improvements and contributing to the continuous optimization of accounting processes.
- Academic background in Accounting, Administration, Information Systems or related field.
- Solid experience with the SAP system, especially in the accounting modules.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
Proven software testing skills, including writing test cases and running tests. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Previous experience as a Key User or in similar roles is an advantage.
