What Is Our Software For
OrangeHRM is a platform for Human Resource professionals to manage and optimize employee
information in one central system so that this information can be fully leveraged by all company
stakeholders.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and cultivate lasting, meaningful relationships with OHRM partner channel
  • Community including resellers, integration and referral partners.
  • Structure, negotiate and execute deals with prospective partners
  • Ability to gather technical requirements from partners
  • Participate in continuously improving our partner channel program and gotomarket
strategy

  • Collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to identify high value opportunities and create partner enablement content.
  • Engage with lead generation, webinars and other marketing strategies.
  • Research on strategic partnerships and approach them

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Good analytic and strategic thinking
  • Good technical knowledge to understand the products and their technical background.
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Effective organizational, time management and planning skills.

Qualification / Experience Required

  • Degree in Business Management or IT or any other.
  • At least 2 years' experience working with foreign prospects, partner management
