Eurasia Group is seeking a high-performing Associate for Sales Operations.


This entry-level sales operations support role includes a wide range of responsibilities, with an emphasis on proactive collaboration and strong communication and organizational skills to complete tasks for a wide-range of activities supporting our sales operations.

In return the hire will be a part of a dynamic sales operations team, working closely with client services staff, at the world's market-leading political risk advisory firm in an increasingly critical marketspace.


The sales operations associate will spend a majority of their time supporting our operations and business development teams, reporting to the associate director for strategic operations, with a heavy focus on refining and enacting our sales processes, including the management of contract creation and opportunity structuring.

This includes training our client services teams in our systems, tools, and processes (Salesforce, contract management, and project management software), and developing and monitoring regular reporting on the team's adherence to these processes.

We are looking for someone with appropriate project management experience and a positive can-do attitude.

Given the varying nature of our business development needs and operations change management at the firm, you will need to be a quick learner, a versatile problem solver, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.


Core Responsibilities

  • Preparing client contracts and amendments in accordance with company policies, documenting updates in CRM platform, and tracking signing through to completion.
  • Management of conference call logistics (510 calls per week) including client registration and attendance reports, editing audio recordings, and maintaining records of attendance data as well as running weekly VIP calls with guest speakers, scheduling calls, liaising with speakers to ensure a smooth presentation experience and troubleshoot technical issues, updating the conference call user manual, and providing trainings to research teams.
  • Using Eurasia Group's cloudbased business intelligence platform to produce regular reports and ad hoc analysis of research production and consumption and analyze readership trends in various segments of the client base.
  • Approving requests for access to Eurasia Group content on various research aggregation platforms.
  • Reporting regularly on interactions with specific clients to ensure compliance with MiFID II and other researchrelated regulations.
  • Directing website inquiries to the appropriate client services teams.
  • Supporting account management efforts across various client services teams including client interaction reporting, contact and account entitlement management in Salesforce, and supporting other recurring account management activities.
  • Ad hoc projects as required.

Required Skills:


  • Strong oral and written communication skills, fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, problem solving, teamwork skills, confidentiality, discretion, reliability, and judgment. Positive cando attitude. Someone who will "own" the role.
  • Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements

  • Undergraduate/firstlevel degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree) desired with coursework in international affairs, business, finance, marketing, or related field.
  • 12+ years' experience in a professional services environment, especially a corporate sales function.
  • Experience interfacing with multinational corporations.
  • A strong interest in international affairs and politics, including an understanding of Eurasia Group's core services.
