Job Purpose:

To provide the customers with a high quality software support service.


Work regime:

Hybrid work schedule


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Installation/Configuration

Problem Solving

  • Receive the requests for support from the customers and properly record them
  • Analyze the problems and solve them considering the level of complexity (Low
  • Medium)
  • The need for assistance in the regional office: 50% of total tickets with assistance from other offices or global support as needed
The need to program

  • Solution without programming: 100% of total tickets that don't need programming
  • Solution with programming: 50% of total tickets that need programming
Support & Project Activities

  • Deliver training for employees and customers

Required Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering)
  • English (oral and writen) highly desirable
  • Modular Applications Certificate (Dispatch, MineCare, ProVision)
  • Computing, operational systems (Windows, Linux) (mandatory)
  • SQL Databases (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in one programming language (Modular Forms
  • Mandatory, Other
  • Desirable)
