Job Purpose and Impact


The Marketing Research and Insights SR Analyst will participate in planning, directing, controlling, conducting and analyzing market data and studies, trends and consumer insights activities to identify potential customers and markets for products and services.

In this role, you will develop and maintain marketing reports and databases with internally driven or externally derived information sources.

In this role, you will work along with a senior team and help translate market insights into business strategies and tactics for our Food Ingredients businesses.

Key Accountabilities

  • Help analyze and prepare forecasts and recommendations for product preferences, sales coverage, market penetration, market practices and sales trends.
  • Contribute to researching market conditions to identify potential sales of a product.
  • Monitor market conditions, trends and competitors to project business consumer demand and plan product launch timing.
  • Support and execute activities to gather, analyze and interpret marketplace trends and customer data to create marketing and product development strategies.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Engineering, Economics and/or related areas;
  • Experience with market research (qualitative and quantitative);
  • Experience with data analysis and indicators;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Advanced English;
  • Experience with market insights, business intelligence and analytics activities;
  • Experience with development and management of dashboards and databases;
  • Experience with developing and conducting presentations to senior teams.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Intermediate Spanish;
  • Knowledge in Power BI.
