- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements for our PHP-based software products
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in PHP development and apply them to enhance our products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in PHP web application development
- Strong knowledge of Laravel PHP framework
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with MySQL and database design principles
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of voice technologies and telecommunications industry is a plus
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
