We are searching for the best talent for ANALISTA CATEGORIA to be in Sao Paulo.

Purpose:


  • Deliver business goals in assuring security of supply, compliance and transparence to the processes and optimum value for money
  • Build external and internal stakeholder trust, preference and advocacy
  • Serve as a trust advisor for other areas

You will be responsible for:


  • Execute all everyday activities (related to import & export) and resolve all customer complaints appropriately.
  • Build stakeholders trust
  • Follow up and help 4PL/customs broker on daytoday E2E activities to achieve business goals and also focusing on building capabilities for the long term
  • Execute compliant processes and procedures for all import activities as well as all applicable international trade agreement programs
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all Customsrelated audits and compliance initiatives
  • Partner with Planning, Regulatory Affairs, Warehouse, etc to create a robust and efficient End to End Process
  • Get the correct alignment with management team and ensure optimal results for all operations.
  • Maintain efficient knowledge on all rules and regulations for various business operations.
  • Execute international transportation service policies, standards, guidelines, technology, and procedures.
  • Support quality issue trackwise coordination
  • Claims analysis and mitigation plan execution
  • Financial Provisioning;
  • Project Follow up and analysis
  • Monthly Analysis and Followup on Landed Cost;
  • KPIs Control and management;
  • One page development for analysis and presentation
  • Landed cost Elaboration for new produts/new projects
  • CIP Control for meditech

Qualifications:


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 24 years of Experience with International Trade (Import & Export processes).
  • Bachelor's Degree in international trade (preferred), Supply chain Management or Engineering
  • SAP integration project experience (it will be a plus)
  • Analytical and process oriented, with strong decision making / problemsolving skills.
  • Intermediate in English
  • Spanish will be a differential
  • Experience with ANVISA related processes
  • Experience managing 3rd party Logistics providers will be a differential
  • Good communication skills on all levels (bottom up & top down)
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization. Multi sector experience preferred.
