We are looking for an Agile, Collaboration and Development toolset administrator who will report to the Automation services Manager, and who'll be tasked with maintaining a suite of tools that are used to allow Agile delivery, to help share knowledge and to support development teams deliver value.

As part of your role, you'll be contributing to the transformation of the IT activities within the organization.

You'll be part of the team that bears the responsibility of providing dynamic tools that help accelerate the delivery of projects, while maintaining and preserving stability, security and compliance.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Preserve systems stability through monitoring of the usage and performance to ensure the full stack is highly available
• Synchronize the delivery of systems, environments and and sites
• Maintain product toolset, addons, plugins, and extensions
• Maintain system access across groups to ensure security compliance
• Oversee license updates and renewals for products toolset
• Promote best practices for the usage of the toolset
• Help guide and maintain the organization of data in the toolset

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• 3-5 years of experience working directly with a project/task management toolset and development tools such as pipelines, repository managers and code review tools
• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting the Agile toolset and Development toolset (ex: Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, JSM, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket (GIT), xRay in a Cloud Environment)
• Ability to manage platform with "As Code" approach with Cloud Technologies
• Highly organized, you're someone who loves to keep data nice and clean
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Knowledge of the LeSS Framework is a considerable asset but not mandatory
• Asset : Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Power Platform and Infrastructure as Code
• Intermediate level of english, to allow for discussions.
