  • 7 billion This is the sales share number you will impact as Life Cycle Manager Jr based at Novartis in Brazil. As part of the Supply Chainteam, this role is responsible for coordinating the SCM & operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between SCMPlanning, Extended project teams and Global SCM Operational Excellence.
Monitor project progress and develop problem solving withinternal stakeholders:
Planning, Brand Team, Sales, W&D, BD&L, BPA, and Global/ Regional counterparts. Overall responsibility for ProjectManagement and Life Cycle Projects (launches, transfers, divestment or pruning) for Innovative Medicines.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supports or Leads efforts of Pharmaceutical Operations to launch, transfer, divest or prune new or existing products into, or out of, thelocal market. Acts as liaison with Novartis AG, Region and Global and External Supply sites.
Share- Implements product LCM plans, meeting agendas, and summaries, timelines and action plans.

Collaborates with local Brand Teams,sales, W&D, BD&L, or Regional to oversee, coordinate the SCM operational aspects of on-going projects, goals and objectives.


  • Supports, or leads crossfunctional project teams, assigning action items, raising and resolving related issues and follows up to ensure a successful conclusion (DRA, QA).
  • Monitors the implementation of the Launch methodology throughout the completion of all the phases.
  • To oversee and identify any risks on the Launch Plan and report deviations as appropriate.
  • Support BD&L projects incl. Contract development and create Business Cases whenever necessary in coordination with relevant functions.
  • Reviews BR product portfolio to recommend products / SKU's for pruning, based

Requisitos mínimos

  • An advanced degree is required. Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus with availability to live in Brazil.
  • Skills with Project Management, Change Management and SAP knowledge.
  • Broad knowledge of supply chain functions, concepts and pharmaceutical industry.
  • Professional experience in Supply Chain Planning activities and Project Management.
