The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence.

Working closely with multiple key stakeholders within and outside the companies including senior management, clients, agencies and other departments by leading and managing high stake projects vital for the growth & sustainability of Shopee
Managing highperforming teams of diverse backgrounds to create and implement strategic projects and harness opportunities crucial to the growth of Shopee LATAM
Carry out improvisation projects relevant to the growth of the business needs e.g. Analyze current platform performance and costrategize initiatives with department stakeholders to improve revenue, profitability and efficiency across multiple departments
Identify operational performance (e.g. Warehouse, logistics, and internal team) gap and implement multiple SOPs to enable the operational team to operate
Source potential new business partnership and opportunities (E.g. payment partners, 3rd party fulfillment model, and others) end to end starting from identifying business need, benefit and cost analysis related
Ensure that strategies are followed with good executions and followup actions are taken during the project
