The eCommerce manager will play a key role in AGCO's digital transformation and will be the central contact between AGCOs distribution network, vendor relations, and Product Management Team.

Your Impact

Manage eCommerce deployment and adoption in South American markets, focusing on enhancing end customer experience and increasing customer loyalty.
Define and implement market online strategy and feature requirements to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with crossfunctional and global teams to advocate for divisional and enterprise eBusiness interests.
Spearhead change management initiatives and provide training to dealership networks to promote digital strategies adoption.
Establish key performance indicators and monitor performance across dealerships, brands, and online platforms.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
Fluency in English at an advanced level;
Experience in defining market online strategies and feature requirements;
International work exposure, showcasing global working experience;
Experience collaborating closely with diverse crossfunctional teams and actively engaging with distribution partners to drive adoption and maintain strong relationships.
