    About the Role:

    We have an opening in our team for a pro-active and hardworking person who has a high level of curiosity. You will be involved in many interesting initiatives and be asked to step out of your comfort zone.

    Your responsibilities:

    • To create accurate accounting records by processing client data in accordance with agreed service standards.
    • To control and constantly seek to improve the quality of the data received and to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with partners and clients.
    • To run and organise own work effectively, to ensure that the agreed priorities, deadlines and service standards are achieved.
    • To ensure correct procedures and controls are followed, including documentation and audit trails of information.
    • To own and progress issues, liaising with partners and clients where required and ensure that issues are reflected in the reporting, such as data reserve.
    • Keen to undertake the necessary training to be competent with the job but with one eye on future progression.
    • To attend and have the ability to be actively involved in client meetings.
    • To build and maintain procedure notes for your accounts.

    About the Team:

    You will be joining a team of 4 but part of a much bigger department where we aim to achieve high standards while also improving and simplifying.

    About You:

    • No previous experience required;
    • Education: studying Actuarial sciences; Accounting; Aplicated Mathematics; Information Science; Information System; Statistics - Graduation expected in 2026/2027
    • Language: Intermediary English;
    • Skills: detailed driven, curious, accountable and team player;
    • MUST:
      • Intermediary/Advanced Office - Mainly Excel (handling formulas and functions, dynamic tables)
      • Facility with numbers
      • Availability to work in a hybrid model
    • NICE TO DO: macros in excel, PBI, programming in any other tool
