Position Summary:


The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

Team Introduction
Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance.

It aims to improve management efficiency, drive key revenue initiatives, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports.

This role will be supporting the E-Commerce business unit (TikTok Shop) in Brazil as it launches and expands in the country.

The Finance Business Partner will be instrumental in driving financial and strategic initiatives for TikTok Shop Brazil.


Responsibilities:


1.


Partnership:

Become a trusted member of the country's leadership team and provide guidance on financial strategy to the country manager and relevant business teams.


2.


Analytics and business support:

Conduct analyses to drive revenue optimization, improve expense management and overall P&L. Develop recommendations and present to leadership for implementation.


3.


Management reporting preparation:

Participate in monthly closing for management reporting, organize business and accounting data under the guidance of Finance BP, prepare multi-dimensional management reporting financial statements, and explain budget to actual variances.

Projections and forecasts:

Assist Finance business partners collect, produce financial projections and forecasts to ensure that the figures align with business fundamentals

Financial Operations:

Develop and manage systems to support the financial operations of TikTok Shop by partnering with operations, product, sales, marketing and accounting teams

Master data and budget system maintenance:

daily maintenance and update of budget accounts, cost centers and other financial master data, timely update of settings in the budget system, and complete daily updates and iterations of the budget system together with the information technology department.


8.

Cooperation with other finance teams and business teams:

cooperate with general ledger, accounts payable, taxation and other finance teams


Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or accounting; MBA, CFA or CMA a plus
2. 5-8 years of experience in corporate finance, consulting, investment banking or strategy and/or FP&A in a technology company

Soft skills:

great communication skills, strong logical reasoning, team player, self-motivated, critical thinker, agile and resilient;

4.


Hard skills:

data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis; Advanced in excel, word, PPT, etc. Proficiency in SQL is a plus
