- Provide support to the sales team, sales representatives and management team with administrative services.
- Provide support in organizing national and international travel for employees, with the exception of the Board, issuing airline tickets, international insurance, cash, hotels, car rental, etc.
- Arrange visits and events of the Sales area.
- Manage office supplies, requesting purchases and payments.
- Manage deliveries, post office and notary services.
- Provide support in fleet maintenance, working with the purchasing team.
- Administrative support for occasional office demands.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in business, secretariat or correlated courses.
- Fluent Portuguese.
- Intermediate English.
