Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to the sales team, sales representatives and management team with administrative services.
  • Provide support in organizing national and international travel for employees, with the exception of the Board, issuing airline tickets, international insurance, cash, hotels, car rental, etc.
  • Arrange visits and events of the Sales area.
  • Manage office supplies, requesting purchases and payments.
  • Manage deliveries, post office and notary services.
  • Provide support in fleet maintenance, working with the purchasing team.
  • Administrative support for occasional office demands.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education in business, secretariat or correlated courses.
  • Fluent Portuguese.
  • Intermediate English.
