**Tasks


TasksTasks***Main Responsibilities

Product Management

  • Responsible for Product Management for all Porsche vehicle model lines as well as
individualization options and Exclusive options

  • Definition of appropriate vehicle specifications for Brazil
  • On a case by case basis, develop special products or editions as required by the market
  • Analyze effects of market trends and competitive activities on product planning and
provide structured input to Porsche AG

  • Conception of a local product strategy
  • Coordinate a consistent Product Portfolio strategy and key products availability for Brazil
in accordance with sales expectations, homologation planning and PAG.

  • Manage long term volume planning (PR Planning) in coordination with PAG and PBR
sales. Volume forecast alignment with VW Group. Prepare bottom-up planning, reaching
a consensus between Marketing, Sales and Managing Director on local level.

  • Communicate product information to dealers and customers through the appropriate
channels at the appropriate time, maintain product information up to date for online sales
and marketing tools.

  • Manage the Product Launch calendar, in accordance with Homologation and Sales
Planning

  • Provide Product Presentations when requested by PR department (eg: Product Launch
events)

  • Support Sales training activities
  • Support Porsche Connect rollout
  • Support E-Performance activities
  • Support Smart Mobility activities
Pricing

  • Coordination of the local pricing strategy for new vehicles and options, including
monitoring of market changes (competitive, legal, tax etc.) and proper reflection in
official retail price calculation

  • Responsible for ongoing option adjusted price comparison vs competition
  • Initiate adjustment (if required) of vehicle pricing with relevant departments at Porsche
AG

  • Monitor and manage price positioning to ensure appropriate price premiums and
competitiveness

  • Communicate pricing information to dealers and customers through the appropriate
channels at the appropriate time

  • Maintain correct price information up to date for online sales/marketing tools
  • Release prices and product configuration in PCCD and Internet Car Configurator
  • Analyzing volume effects of any price changes and define indicated actions together with respective departments
Marketing Planning & MAL Budget Management

  • Support the Marketing Director in generating and coordinating the Marketing Plan for the
upcoming year

  • Consolidate the inputs of the other marketing subdepartments: Communication, CRM
and Events & Promotion

  • Coordinate the bottomup MAL Budget planning for the upcoming 2 years including PBR Marketing, Sales and After-Sales
  • Generate monthly reports and adhoc forecasts, ensuring optimum resources utilization
  • Manage proper budget documentation for compliance purposes
  • Support Finance Department at any requested forecast exercise
Market Insight and Analysis

  • Continuous monitoring of automotive market and analysis of competitors' activities,
segment shares etc. and structured reporting within the company and to Porsche AG

  • Responsibility for market requests by Porsche AG related to product, pricing and segment
shares

  • Responsibility to manage specific market studies when requested (general market, brand
studies etc.);

  • Recommends indicated actions out of the market analysis and share knowledge to the
overall business strategy of the subsidiary

Strategic Projects

  • Supports the marketing Director in coordinating the Brasilian Sustainable Growth
Initiative (BSGI) within all the involved interfaces at PBR and PAG
**Qualifications


QualificationsQualifications***Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant
areas

  • Postgraduation (Master, MBA) is desirable
Experience

  • 5 years working experience in Product & Price or related fields
  • Sound knowledge and proven experience in the Automotive Industry

Competencies and skills:

  • Solid analytical capacity
  • Capable of working in a structured way, paying attention do organization and
documentation

  • Clear and confident communications skills, both verbal and written. Ability to do public
presentations

  • Ability to negotiate with different stakeholders eg: Headquarters and Dealers
  • Strong "car culture" and automotive knowledge
  • Basic financial knowledge, covering P&L and taxation schemes
  • Broader overview of a business unit, understanding the links between Product & Price not
only with Marketing, but also Sales, After Sales and Finance

  • Fluency in English language is required (German is a plus)
