About Trust and Safety

Responsibilities:

Working in the Quality Assurance team to make sure data delivery key targets (e. g. productivity;efficiency;quality;latency) are met in all Search Recommendation projects
Responsible for policy and guideline cascading and clarification with BPOs to ensure better understanding and implementation alignment
Conduct quality inspection and calibration meetings in the appeal process to make sure the delivery quality and improve the performance to achieve the project target
Work closely with POC and other stakeholders in order to provide feedback on data quality/SOP/guideline/trends and ensure the overall success of projects
Support internal/external training and the golive process of NHs
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above or equivalent work experience
Excellent English and Brazilian Portuguese language knowledge
Experience working with

Quality Assurance:
familiarity with RCA methodology

Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content
Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge about TikTok, Search Engines
Familiar with social media platforms
Good communication skills
Experience in crossteam collaboration
Eager to learn
